The Uganda National Farmers Federation has honored Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) for its participation and contribution to the agricultural and trade sector in the country, with a certificate of recognition (See below).
UWA actively participated in the 19th Source of the Nile National Agricultural and Trade show between 18th-24th July, 2011 under the theme: Promoting Agricultural Commercialization to access the East African Common Market.
During the one week show in Jinja, Eastern Uganda, UWA showcased a number of tourist attractions, new products, investment opportunities and ongoing Wildlife conservation programmes.
